The hotel's location was convenient and close to transportation. The staff, albeit few, were polite.

This hotel was a complete disaster. The room was dirty and the linens were unclean.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this city thanks to the hotel's top-notch facilities, great location, and attentive staff. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was commendable. The breakfast spread was varied and satisfying. The staff eagerly helped us with transportation and parking during our stay, which made our travel plans smooth.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a great time! The staff was super friendly and helpful with all of our needs. They have clean and comfy rooms with great amenities such as free wifi and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location was ideal as it was close to many attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed their delicious breakfast buffet that offered hot and cold options.

There were a few issues that dampened our experience. Firstly, there was a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom which was a bit disappointing. Secondly, there were no complimentary water bottles and we had to purchase them from the hotel. Lastly, the room service closed early and we weren't able to order food after 9:30 PM. while there were some negatives, the positive aspects outweighed them and we enjoyed our stay.

The location is convenient, as it is close to the railway station and local markets. the room has basic facilities such as air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi. the linens are not clean and the bathroom is poorly maintained. the breakfast is average, with limited options.

The hotel is not suitable for families with kids due to poor hygiene standards.
